Mother's Day is a wonderful time to show your appreciation for the amazing woman who has been there for you through thick and thin. It's a time to celebrate your mother, stepmother, or grandmother, and thank them for their love, care, and support.
The tradition of celebrating Mother's Day dates back to ancient times when the Greeks and Romans held festivals to honor their maternal goddesses.
As I moved from Romania to Germany back in 2015 I was surprised that the 8th of March was not celebrated as Mothers’s Day and then just out of curiosity I did a little google research and found out that Mother's Day is celebrated on different dates around the world.
